Merck Connect

Merck Connect is a portal for Canadian Health Care Professionals to access information on Merck products and therapeutic areas.
We were tasked with creating the UI/UX design of the portal, all email marketing materials, and any other promotional items that may be needed for the brand and their products. Although the graphic elements are rooted in the Merck Connect brand, we wanted to ensure that each product maintains brand recognition by incorporating their unique identity within the Merck Connect framework. With behavior-based automated triggers, we ensure that each user has a tailored experience when receiving product information, email marketing, and professional resources.
